Trainee chef
Were looking for someone with a keen interest to learn to cook professionally. Position would suit a school leaver or someone wanting a change of career.
Training will include all aspects of running a pub kitchen.
Qualifications and training which we will provide are
Level 1 and 2 Food hygiene
Health & safety such as Manual handling and COSHH
As well as other industry specific qualifications.
Pay is minimum wage for the first 2 month probationary period. Rising after to £12 per hour with further pay increases as qualifications and experience are gained.
Working days are flexible but will include at least 1 day each weekend.
