The Crown, Asfordby
We are an independent, freehouse pub with dining areas, function room & beer gardens. The Crown has been under the same ownership since 2006. We pride ourselves in being the hub of village life in Asfordby.
We are well known locally for our popular Sunday carveries and great value foodie theme nights including our Tuesday Pie night.
This year at The British pie awards, our homemade steak & Stilton pie won Gold and best in class.
We also offer Wednesday Pasta night, Thursday burger night, Fajita friday's.
Recently we have begun to offer a Saturday breakfast menu from 10am - 2pm every week.
We are very fortunate to have a village butchers shop just a few doors from the Crown. Vinny's of Asfordby have been supplying us with top quality & locally sourced meats & dairy produce for over a decade.

Our pub
The Crown is an 18th century coaching inn. Over the years The Crown has been extended. Today it boasts a cosy lounge bar area , snug with log burner, a dining room, a function room with the capacity to seat up to 70 persons, plus 2 beer gardens. Our car park to the rear of the premises can be reached from the front via our narrow driveway.

Handmade burgers made with prime british meats from our local village butchers served in a brioche bun with lettuce, tomato and red onion, homemade chips and red cabbage slaw and a giant onion ring topper with your choice of cheddar or stilton cheese.
