Looking for and amazing chef to work alongside the owner in running our kitchen. Successful applicant with have a passion for high quality and consistantly great pub food. Responsibilities will include ordering stock, keeping kitchen paperwork upto date, Keeping the kitchen areas organised and clean. Some business experience and advantage. Two consecutive days off per week. Flexible work days to be agreed with owner.
